So, you have a newsletter, right? It could be in any format…even just regular emails that announce your new blog posts or podcasts. Here’s the thing about newsletters: we most often think of them as part of our content marketing engine, as in, content we create to bring traffic and leads to our site that can lead to more sales of our services and products. In other words, we write newsletters to make more sales.

Greetings, friend. I hope you’ve recovered from the world’s longest election night in history. If you’re not in America, sorry for all the noise over the past weeks, but thank you, again, for ringing the church bells in celebration. We’re heading into that time of year when most of us power down the work throttle a bit to spend time with family, and hopefully, get some broader perspective on where we want to take our business and life over the coming year.

After a tumultuous election week here in the U.S., we’re all now able to focus and get back to work. After narrowly avoiding a descent into an authoritarian state, we have our work cut out for us with building our democracy into something promised by the founding fathers, but which it has yet to become.
